Human Resources Manager in Ferretti Search

As our client's Regional HR Manager, you'll be the strategic partner for multiple branches, providing comprehensive HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.Here's What You'll DoStrategic Partner: Offer expert guidance on HR strategy, ensuring best practices and programs are implemented effectively across the region.Building Relationships: Foster trust and collaboration by visiting branches and connecting with employees and managers.Training & Development: Lead training sessions for branch and regional management on crucial HR topics.Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, conduct investigations, and maintain meticulous documentation.Compliance Expert: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all branches.Talent Acquisition: Partner with recruiters to develop and execute a successful regional recruitment strategy.Performance Management: Implement performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching, and drive employee growth.Benefits & Leaves: Support field operations with FMLA, STD, worker's compensation, and other leave processes.Mergers & Acquisitions: Support HR activities during mergers and acquisitions, including employee onboarding.HR Reporting: Track and analyze HR data to inform strategic decision-making.We're Looking For Someone With7+ years of HR experience, with a plus for experience managing multiple locations and skilled trades industries.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Strong leadership qualities and a professional demeanor.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR technology (ADP experience a plus).PHR/SPHR certification preferred.Willingness to travel 25-40% of the time.Ferretti Search is an award-winning Recruitment Firm specializing in Executive Recruiting and Staffing.
