We are looking for an HR Manager for our client, an international high-tech company that operates worldwide.

Required skills:

• Minimum 5 years HR experience;
• Previous experience in a Hightech environment;
• High self-organization and multitasking;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to be a team player and work on your own;
• Perfect communication, presentation and listening skills;
• Good understanding of Personal Administration processes;
• Experience in working with HR CRMs;
• Proficiency in English.

Scope of work:

• Be a trusted partner to our leaders in consulting, supporting, and providing people management insights;
• Cooperate with global HR team is execution of various HR initiatives;
• Acts as first point of contact for the team member in case any help is needed;
• Handle employee life cycle management form comprehensive on- to off- boarding;
• Conduct regular 1:1 sessions to understand and proactively mitigate risks;
• Support the process of ensuring that HR policies
• Provide advice and guidance to employees and query resolution;
• Oversees the HR administration function: compensation, benefits, leave, events;
• Manage HR vendor relationship.
