HR Generalist needs to be resourceful, adaptable, and skilled in both evaluating candidates and fostering positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process. This role offers opportunities for career advancement within the HR department.Responsibilities:Actively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databasesReview resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications.Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Post job openings on relevant job boards, the company website, and other platforms.Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.Assist in extending offers of employment, including negotiating compensation and benefits.Provide a positive experience for candidates throughout the offer process.Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Address any candidate concerns and facilitate orientation and training.Qualifications:Proven experience as a recruiter or in a talent acquisition role.Knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing methods, and applicant tracking systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit accurately.Negotiation skills and familiarity with compensation and benefits.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
