Learn more at https://alignhcm.com/Requirements Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Compliance Implement and administer HR policies and procedures Support the design of processes for a variety of employee issues (disciplinary, terminations, etc.) Conduct investigations regarding potential misconduct and policy violations Interpret and apply applicable labor and employment laws, regulations, and standards at the federal and state level, in consultation with the legal advisors Partner with HR to diagnose and resolve issues through proper questioning and risk assessment, including relevant policies and procedures, provide consultation that reduces risk and builds a positive work environment for all team membersBenefits Own communication for all company benefits-related information (US and Canada) Manage relationships with benefit brokers; obtain and provide competitive and cost-effective employee benefits plans that best meet the needs of the organization Manage annual open enrollment process including implementing new benefit plan offerings, communication, employee meetings/info sessions, transmittal of data to vendors, etc. Ensure compliance with country-specific requirements such as COBRA, ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA and other regional, country, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements Review benefits programs annually and work with HR Leadership to identify additional or supplemental benefits Recruitment & Onboarding Develop positive relationships with all internal hiring managers to fully understand talent needs and incorporate that understanding into all facets of the recruitment cycle Develop and implement interview guides and testing mechanisms, in order to ensure hiring managers are equipped with up-to-date tools to assist in assessment of candidates and ultimately, selection Own the Zoho Recruit recruitment module, ensuring maximization of use to facilitate the recruitment and process Manage the interview and selection process Ensure appropriate processes are followed and documentation in place with respect to initiating a recruitment project, including requisitions and job descriptions Facilitate background checks and monitor through to successful completion Liaise with IT department to ensure proper equipment and set up for new hires Enhance and conduct new employee orientations Recommend best practices for attracting and retaining talentHRIS Management Administer the organization's HRIS platform (Zoho) Partner with payroll to maintain employee data in ADP (Canada) and JustWorks (US) Maintain accurate employee data and records, including promotions, transfers, terminations, performance reviews, background checks, policy sign-off Employee Relations and Engagement Partner with HR Leadership to promote employee engagement through regular, personal contact with full time Aligners to promote strong working relationships, positive workplace culture, and a sense of inclusion & belonging Work with HR Leadership to organize and attend team events throughout the year, including annual work retreats Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback and recommendations to business leaders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required 5+ years of HR experience including a combination of HR, recruitment, benefits admin, and labor/compliance SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desired Solid understanding of employment laws and their impact on people and the business Effective HR and organizational skills Strong decision making and problem solving skills Meticulous attention to detail Able to work independently and in a team environment Effective written and verbal communication skills High level of logical and critical thinking/analysis skills Job Type : Full-timeTravel Requirements: Up to 10% Travel requiredBenefitsAlign HCM provides professional development training, and generous benefits to provide our team with what they need to be successful both in and out of the office.We offer: Paid medical, dental, and vision plans 401K/RRSP match program Unlimited paid time off Paid training Profit-sharing bonus Show more Show less Должностной уровень Руководитель среднего звена Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Кадровое сопровождение Отрасли Услуги кадрового сопровождения
