We are looking for a qualified HR Generalist to join our dynamic IT company. The candidate must have experience in all aspects of human resources management, the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at various levels and ensure the implementation of strategies for attracting and developing personnel. Requirements: 1. Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of HR, ideally in a technology company. • Knowledge and experience in conducting the hiring process, implementing the onboarding program and tracking the process of adaptation of new employees. • Experience in conducting administrative procedures, managing electronic personnel management systems (HRIS).• Experience in working with a remote team. 2. Skills: • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with employees at various levels. • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and interact effectively with different departments. 3. Education: • Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology, business or equivalent qualification. • Additional human resource management courses or certification would be an advantage. 4. Characteristics: • Organization and attention to detail. Knowledge of labor legislation. • High level of self-motivation and ability to work on several tasks simultaneously. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new requirements. Responsibilities: • Recruiting new employees, including job development, resume selection, interviewing and onboarding. Reserve formation. • Management of personnel documentation and internal processes. • Support and implementation of personnel attraction and retention strategies. • Support and participation in the development of HR procedures and policies. • Coordination of reporting and analytics in the field of personnel management. • One-to-one organization. • Implementation of material and non-material motivation systems. • Organization of corporate events. Quality: This position requires the candidate to have high professional competence, the ability to solve problems and the ability to work in a team.
