We are committed to moving forward with the unwavering dedication to the safety and security of our customers, and the applications that power our day-to-day lives.What are we looking for?We are looking for an HR Generalist and Operations Specialist, to work closely with HRBP, in a fast-paced, high-volume, and technology-centric work environment. Work with both management and employees to keep a positive experience from on- boarding though their time in the organization. In this position, you will primarily run daily functions related to all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions. The HRBP will report to the Global Director of HR based in the USA.How will you make an impact?Responsibilities:Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources.Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities. Support data governance processes.Work with Corporate/Centralized HRMS/HRIS team to design, develop, implement appropriate HR systems/modules.Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of HR department and company.Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary.HR Operations, Compliance, and ReportingManages all annual or ad hoc legal reporting requirements such as: Affirmative Action Plan creation, EEO-1 filings, VETS-100, California Workforce/Pay Reporting, etc.Build and lead processes to identify high potential talent and ensure continued development and advancementUtilize employee engagement data to drive key insights and decisions around growth and retentionSupport and lead tasks around Employee Experience InitiativesWhat is needed to succeed?6+ years of demonstrated HR experience with at least 5 years of Operations and management experience in global software companies.
