You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee development, corporate culture and labor relations management. Primary Responsibilities: Recruiting and hiring, including creating and posting job openings, interviewing and evaluating candidates ( usually no more than 1 vacancy per month). Coordination of the onboarding process of new employees and off-boarding of those who leave the team. Development and implementation of company policies and procedures. the state of employees. Maintaining a positive working environment and forming the right corporate culture. Administration of HR documentation and reporting (vacation, sick leave). Monitoring and analysis of HR metrics to determine the effectiveness of programs and processes. Market control and revision of employee salaries. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar position (important experience working with 100% of the team on remote). Deep understanding of HR processes and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team .High level of organization and attention to details. Ability to quickly find necessary information and understand new things. High level of emotional intelligence. It will be a plus: Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related disciplines. English at the B2+ level.
