Novoplex is a group of companies that develop iGaming products and provide services in various areas of performance marketing.

• Manage the People team: HRBP, Recruitment, IT help desk team (5 people);
• Participate in strategic meetings of the C-level team to jointly make important decisions for the company;
• Develop HR system;
• Develop the company's corporate culture;

What you will need for this:

• 2+ years of experience in an HRD position in a product IT company;
• Experience in developing and implementing/optimizing HR processes from scratch;
• Experience in managing HR and recruiting teams;
• Experience in accompanying and supporting major organizational changes and transformation;
• Experience in the development and implementation of organizational design;
• Experience with HR analytics;
• Proficiency in English at the B1 level;

What will be a plus:

• Development of the employer brand and corporate culture;
• Coaching experience.
