Expectations from the candidate: Experience in the field of HR/HRBP/HRD for more than 5 years; Practice of managing HR teams from 10 people; Conducting audits and creating an HR strategy; Effective "headhunting" of specialists from other companies (C-Level); Deep knowledge and understanding of modern HR trends and practices, as well as successful experience in their implementation; Successful implementation of new processes , policies and procedures; Justification of decisions based on HR-analytics; Orientation on innovation, desire for media (active development of personal brand, attendance at thematic events). Duties: Audit and professional assessment of management decisions from the HR point of view, further changes in approaches; Development and implementation of HR strategy; Team management; Participation in the full cycle of personnel management; Development of business processes, implementation of HR practices (audit of current and development of required ones); Budget management, as well as development and approval of approaches to remuneration, benefits and compensation employees; Closure of top positions in the company; Formation of the company's personnel reserve, evaluation, audit; Change management: direct participation and strategic planning together with the company's top management; Support and development of corporate culture, setting up internal communication; Consulting of managers in matters of management decisions; Participation in strategic and tactical planning, further implementation of these plans together with the company's management (entering new markets, introducing a new product to the market, etc.); Work with the employer's brand; HR analytics and reporting.
