Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate the business strategies into the HR agenda, enabled by data and analytics.Experienced change agent with demonstrated success in working with a leadership team and business to adjust culture and implement best practice approaches which improve engagement, productivity, and performance.Deliver short- and long-term sustainable business performance through strategic capability building. Ensure Global execution of HR initiatives.Collaborate with leaders to plan and execute standard processes.Champion and support diversity and inclusion initiatives to drive awareness, accountability and customize actions where needed.Optimize the workforce through resource planning, productivity analysis, structure, operational and deployment of resources.Advisor to critical negotiations and social partner relationships (unions/works councils). Support for local, non-complex issue resolution policy adherence, leveraging standard global, regional and local practices and guidelines.
