Collaborate closely with the management team (Projects Coordinator, CEO, Recruiters, Office Manager) toensureHR practices align with the organization’s needs and priorities and communicate issues and conflict situations that may arise. Continuous development ofthe benefits packages according toemployee needs, and available budgets. Recruitment support Set upthe ATS system from scratch and manage the candidate’s database. Support inhiring for ASAP vacancies (onabonus basis). Management ofHR budgets Employees’ vacation management and monthly calculation ofrefunds, bonuses, and salary for the management team. Gifts and Merch Continuous development and design ofwelcome packages and gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays orevents. Organizing events supporting fun and growth culture Organize team-building activities and other corporate events like New Year, Cocktails Events. Encourage growth and continuous development ofemployees through tech talks, workshops, and personal courses orconferences.
