🟠 Responsibilities
- On-boarding, off-boarding, one-to-one meetings
Conduct regular monitoring of the employee adaptation process, satisfaction rate, analyze feedback, and track actions.
Collaborate closely with the management team (Projects Coordinator, CEO, Recruiters, Office Manager) to ensure HR practices align with the organization’s needs and priorities and communicate issues and conflict situations that may arise.
Continuous development of the benefits packages according to employee needs, and available budgets.
Set up the ATS system from scratch and manage the candidate’s database.
Support in hiring for ASAP vacancies (on a bonus basis).
Employees’ vacation management and monthly calculation of refunds, bonuses, and salary for the management team.
Continuous development and design of welcome packages and gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays or events.
- Organizing events supporting fun and growth culture
Organize team-building activities and other corporate events like New Year, Cocktails Events.
Encourage growth and continuous development of employees through tech talks, workshops, and personal courses or conferences.
Communication within the company, including sharing photos and updates on corporate channels in Slack and Telegram, as well as on social networks like Instagram and LinkedIn, to support the spirit of fun and continuous development.
🟠 Required Skills and Experience
- HR Specialist with 3-4 years of experience;
- Self-driven and responsible professional to cover all the needs of HR processes independently;
- Located in Lviv;
- Experience with such management instruments: NOTION, Google Drive (spreadsheets and forms), HubStaff, etc;
- Experience with such recruitment instruments: DOU, Djinni, LinkedIn, etc;
- Extensive experience in HR frameworks and methodologies, with a focus on talent acquisition;
- Knowledge of innovative HR practices and methodologies for talent acquisition;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;

- Experience with Implementation and maintenance of company values within a company;
- Experience with talent management software and ATS systems.

🟠 Interview Process
- Interview with Human Resources manager [30-60 mins]: This session will evaluate the candidate’s alignment with the company’s vision, motivation, and fit within the organizational culture, as well as potential discussions on innovative HR practices;
- Final Interview with CEO [60-90 mins]: A final round to discuss the candidate’s vision, motivation, and fit within the company culture and the broader objectives of the project.
