Support HR Manager in maintaining HRIS systems updated (New Hires, changes, terminations etc.). Monitor and update company org chart. Compliance Responsible for Maintaining the ACE program updated, I9 Verification and E-Verify. Responsible for Maintaining FMLA files and follow up. Talent Acquisition Maintain open positions updated. Responsible for creating requisitions and maintaining the media postings. Set up and follow up on interviews and candidates for open positions. Onboarding Coordinate onboarding for new hire, set up conference room, build the new hire packet, review new hire information, and verify that it is complete. Responsible for New Hire process (Badge, biometric data, Office presentation, Office layout, Supervisor handout etc.). Process hourly personnel payroll, review and update timecards, update holidays, PTO and absences in time keeping system. Maintain employee appreciation schedule like hosting monthly birthday luncheons, employee of the month etc. Payroll Support HR in Pre-Payroll process (auditing Timecards for Direct and Staffing employees, follow up on corrections) Update employee timecards with vacation and PTO request. Back-Up for Payroll process Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Training & Experience): High School Diploma or equivalent.1-year experience in clerical positions. LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS: ( If license(s) or certification(s) is required to practice a trade or profession, you must attach a copy.Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Ability to communicate in English and Spanish clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to maintain good planning and organizational skills. Ability to use computer hardware, various software programs and technologies, including word processing and spreadsheet programs. Ability to maintain a valid Texas Driver License and a good driving record. Ability to maintain a good and positive working relationship with all co-workers and other contacts.
