Act as an HR point-of-contact for all potential Candidates. Provides quality support services of with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness. This includes responding to candidate request and inquiries, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution and/or escalation, and communicating the resolution. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team. Administer the recruiting process with a thorough understanding and knowledge of employment law, Company policy, and business impact. Reviewing, creating, and delivering offer letters and various employment . Track cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using a case management system. Supports service center staff relative to phone traffic as needed. Providing coordination & operational support to our in-house Talent Acquisition group. The Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to provide a best-in-class hiring experience to candidates across the country. * Tell us about the project and day to day responsibilities for the contractor? o We are sourcing for both interview scheduling team and offers team. Both roles require supporting candidates and recruiters in different stages of the pre-hire process. Activities include but are not limited to calling candidates to provide info/updates, providing consultation to recruiters, tracking each case within CRM system, transactions within Workday, collaborating inside/outside of the team.
