We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The workplace in Miami, DoralThe ideal person for this position will have experience in Human Resources. This includes benefits administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, benefits and training. To be a competent HR generalist, you must be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.Responsibilities Application for vacancies, recruiting, interviewing, candidate selection. Make contracts and collect information from selected candidates. Prepare monitoring reports. Maintain management indicators. Verification of hours and times of workers for payments to staff. Requirements Minimum experience 2 years in Human Resources. Bilingual is plus Excellent conflict resolution skills. Ability to display integrity, professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
