Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
- Filter candidate’s resumes and conduct interviews
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Assist in performance management processes
- Prepare job offers and contracts for the candidates
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (you will be working with American employees and other nationalities)
- at least 1 year of experience in Recruiting or HR
- Good organizational skills, technical skills, communication skills
- Have used or at least know ATS, Microsoft 365, Hubstaff, RingCentral, Indeed,LinkedIn,Ziprecruiter
- Must have Computer/Laptop, Headset, Good Camera, and minimum internet speed of 30mbps
