Botscrew is seeking a Human Resource Logistics Coordinator to support one of our key clients in the construction services industry. Our client specializes in global turnaround projects and requires a coordinator to manage human resource logistics. The successful candidate will also collaborate with our development team, providing valuable feedback and insights to enhance the software we create for this client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for personnel across multiple projects.
  • Manage accommodation arrangements with hotels.
  • Use Excel and Logistics Management Platform for data management, reporting, and logistical planning.
  • Facilitate communication and cooperation among multicultural team members.
  • Travel frequently to project sites to oversee logistics.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with on-field teams and data management personnel.
  • Communicate insights with the software development team.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Excel and data management tools.
  • Experience in logistics coordination, especially in hospitality or construction.
  • Upper-Intermediate English and Spanish skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site.
  • Ability to manage individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a project-based environment.
  • Familiarity with Logistics Management platforms and tools.
