We are looking for an experienced Human operations manager to help us expand and operate the Back Office. You will work closely with the Head of Back Office and Operations Manager, ensuring the full cycle of human resources operations - from recruiting to staff development.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare new position openings in close collaboration with hiring managers: job descriptions, salary surveys, test assignments, etc.
- Searching and interviewing new employees
- Paperwork and onboarding of new employees
- Conducting off-boardings
- Ensuring the collection and proper storage of employee data
- Expand and maintain a worldwide database of recruiting resources (we hire globally)
- Updating existing and writing new internal company policies
- Monitoring of employee working hours (time tracking results, days off, vacations, etc.)
- Congratulating coworkers on birthdays and anniversaries, control over payment of gift bonuses for holidays
- Conducting employee satisfaction surveys
- Participation in the development of incentive systems for Back Office divisions
- Contributing to the improvement of processes related to human operations of the Back Office
- Performing other tasks related to the human operations of the Back Office
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting and HR from 2 years
- Experience working in an international environment
- Experience with CRM systems
- Conversational English (B2 and above)
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-discipline and the ability to work remotely
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Fast stable internet and equipment for work (computer/laptop, camera, headset)
