Business analyst to expand the capabilities of the accounting automation product line and personnel accounting

The analyst performs the role of a connecting link between business (customer specialists, responsible for accounting and reporting) and development groups in the translation of complex business requirements into business solutions. The analyst will be responsible for the development of specifications and technical specifications, implementation and maintenance of software

Subject industry: payroll accounting, personnel accounting. There is also accounting for fixed assets, accounting for inventories. Customers are banks

Responsibilities:< /span>

• Implementation and maintenance of HRM software based on Oracle, development of B2 reports< /span>
• Work on identifying, analyzing, defining, agreeing and approving requirements, managing requirements in projects
• With the definition of user needs
work with development teams, implementation consultants and project managers< /span>
• Кconsulting the company's customers to ensure proper configuration of the implemented products during implementation

Skills and experience: 

• Experience in installing, configuring and supporting HRM systems
• Software implementation experience
• Analytical skills. The ability to understand the task, formalize, analyze the requirements for the task, based on the knowledge of the existing software, form the requirements for refinement; the ability to quickly study the existing software to understand the starting point of the refinement.
• Acquaintance with accounting, preferably with HR software
• Knowledge of SQL at the basic level will be a plus, knowledge of database basics
