And now we are looking for a HR Manager in the team - a person who will help the company grow and build an even better service by attracting the most talented masters to the team and its development! Our goals and main tasks: Organization of the recruiting process (full cycle) and hiring of new employees to the team (including the publication of vacancies, conducting interviews with candidates and assessing their qualifications, selecting candidates for all factories and the office). Implementation and implementation of procedures and policies related to personnel management (including the system of labor evaluation, development of strategic plans and personnel training), ensuring compliance with internal rules and procedures. Maintaining personnel documentation (contracts, applications for employment and dismissal, transfers, changes in working conditions, etc.). Organization of a friendly and comfortable space in the office, ensuring effective communication and cooperation in the team and interconnection between different departments of the company. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years; Possession of methods and tools for effective recruitment; Experience in implementing HR policies and maintaining relevant documentation; High level of organizational and communication skills; High responsibility, discipline, focus and ability to work with a large number of tasks.
