That is why we are looking for an HR manager who knows how to quickly close vacancies, understand people, build processes and strengthen the team.

The main tasks of an HR manager

1. Recruiting

• Closing vacancies in stores: sellers, administrators, regional managers.
• Searching and conducting interviews in a short period of time.
• Assessment of personnel according to competencies, identification of potential and risks.
• Adaptation of newcomers and support in the first 30 days.

2. Development and training

• Working with an internal trainer: launching and monitoring training programs.
• Update of service standards and scripts.
• Implementation of internal growth and succession system.

3. Evaluation and analytics

• Conducting regular employee reviews.
• KPI control.
• Working with HR analytics (fluency, efficiency, quality of adaptation, execution plans).

4. Corporate culture and communications

• Formation of team spirit, participation in events.
• Working with employee loyalty.
• Communication of standards and policies.

5. HR processes

• Maintenance of personnel documents (together withaccounting).
• Formation and updating of policies: adaptation, motivation, discipline.
• Conflict resolution, mediation, burnout prevention.

Requirements for candidate

• Experience of working as an HR manager in retail, or work in retail in a managerial position for 2 years or more (fashion, design, furniture, jewelry, electronics, beauty - will be a plus).
• High speed of work and the ability to close vacancies “yesterday”.
• Strong communication and people analysis skills.
• Understanding of retail KPIs.
• Experience in training staff and implementing service standards.
• Readiness for business trips to regions.
• Resistance to stress, respect for people, the ability to maintain a balance between business and the team.
