Job description:
We are looking for an HRG specialist to solve a number of business tasks:
- Search and selection of potential candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining databases and their support - the whole cycle hiring.
- Development of an effective HR function with measurable indicators that can be scaled to other areas of activity companies with accompanying analytics.
- creation of a system of training newcomers and mentoring in the company.< /span>
- HR brand development and HR strategy development in accordance with the main business goals of the company.< /font>
Youyou can:
< font style="vertical-align: inherit">- level from Middle and above.
< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">- experience from 2 years.
- Experience in forming the budget of the department, knowledge of the basics of legal security and regulation of activities.
- Ability to organize own work process, set priorities and help colleagues with this.
- Live, critical, creative thought.
- Ability to work with: MS Office, Telegram, Google ecosystem.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
