Our client is an investment and development group with an international structure that works through SPVs in various jurisdictions and implements full-cycle projects. 400; font-style: normal">HR is responsible for the full HR cycle of the company and supports the business during the growth period. The role involves close interaction with project managers and the office team.
Key Responsibilities
Full cycle recruiting
Building and supporting HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, performance management)
Formation and support organizational structure
Participation in the development of the motivation system and KPI
Supporting managers in matters team management
Reduction of staff turnover, development of corporate culture
HR analytics, reporting, participation in personnel planning
Requirements for the candidate
Work experience of HR Manager / HR BP from 3 years
Practical experience in recruiting and implementing HR processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
