Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates according to competencies.
Organizing the adaptation of new employees, monitoring the trial period.
Supporting corporate culture and communications
Participation in the formation of HR processes, policies, regulations.
Internal communications: updating information, developing materials, participating in events.
Supporting corporate initiatives, well-being projects, mini-events.
Performance & Development
