We are the Anoeses company. We specialize in the production of premium erotic accessories, with a focus on aesthetics, functionality and high quality. We have three areas of production: textiles, leather, latex.

We have 2 locations: a stylish office with a showroom on Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, and production on Nagirnaya

Your tasks:

• Conducting onboarding and offboarding processes;
• Developing adaptation systems and implementing them in work with new employees;

• Development of job maps for each employee;
• Development of motivation systems (material, immaterial) for each employee;
• Organization of informal team and corporate meetings;
• li>Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with employees;
• Prescribing a professional development plan for each employee;
• Maintaining the relevance of the corporate culture and handbook;
• Maintaining personnel documentation jointly with the accountant responsible for this;
• Recruitment of new team members: writing and posting vacancies on all channels, conducting telephone interviews, personal interviews
