Your tasks:

• Organize the hiring and adaptation process of personnel.
• Manage the performance evaluation system employees' work.
• Develop and improve all HR processes and tools.
• Manage the HR strategy, synchronized with the overall business strategy.
• Identify training needs, organize training programs and trainings.
• Ensure current and future business needs through employee development, engagement, motivation and retention.
• Creation of motivation, both tangible and intangible incentive systems.
• Maintain the company's corporate culture and positive spirit.
