HRD Recruiter/Assistant in YuM Konsultant, TOV

Hello! 

My name is Anna Belova, I am the HRD of YM Konsultant, and I am currently looking for a recruiter / HRD assistant to join the team. 

I need a person who loves people, feels the balance between speed, quality and atmosphere, and is ready to build a strong team together with me.

YUM Konsultant is a new generation legal marketplace that already works in international markets: Great Britain, USA, Poland, Dubai. We are growing, opening new directions, and I need a person who will support this growth in the HR direction - help with recruiting, communications and team development.

What will need to be done:

• close vacancies (from the search to the final interview);

• post ads, communicate with candidates, conduct initial interviews;
• update the candidate database and conduct internal HR reporting;
• help with onboarding, meetings, team events;
• keep your finger on the pulse of the market and be in the topic of where the best people are now.

What is important to me:

• experience in recruiting or a strong desire to learn quickly;

• attention to details, activity and a good sense of people;
• competent language, organization and a sincere desire to grow in the field of HR.

Format of work:

• office in BC "Parus" (Kyiv);

• prime time of work — from 10:00 to 18:00;
• a team that values results, respect and humanity.

Financial motivation:

from 800 u.o. + bonuses for each closed position.
