HRD HR Director in Podolyan L.I., FLP

Our Customer is a network in the field of restaurant business and food delivery (sushi - network). It unites restaurants of the casual dining format and the service of fast delivery of rolls and dishes of pan-Asian cuisine (Mykolaiv, Odesa, Bukovel).

Position role:HRD is a strategic partner of the owner and part of the management team.

Position objective:build a strong HR system that will ensure business growth through effective teams, quality recruitment, training, development and retention of key people employees.

Candidate requirements:

• HRD / Head of HR experience in HoReCa, retail, service, delivery, logistics or production
• Successful experience in building HR processes and team development
• Deep understanding of modern HR tools
• Management experience from 3-5 years
• Strategic thinking + practical implementation
• Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships

Main tasks:

• Formation of HR strategy in accordance with the company's business goals
• Building recruitment processes and selection of key roles
• Adaptation, training and development of employees
• Implementation KPI, OKR and performance evaluation systems
• Development of corporate culture and internal communications
• Support and development of managerial competencies of managers
• Decreasing staff turnover and increasing productivity
• Building modern motivational systems and HR analytics
