We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner / HRD who will be able to lead the Human Resources direction: HR, Recruitment, Office/Events. You will be a partner for our team leaders and will work to increase employee engagement, motivation and career development within the company, influencing team performance and achieving business goals.

What will you do:

• Development of the Performance Review system in the company from 0;
• Work on creating, implementing and updating HR processes and policies;
• Conducting an audit of recruiting processes and implementing effective strategies to improve the quality of the team's work;
• Development and control of the recruiting direction;
• Close cooperation with Hiring Managers to build transparent working relationships;
• Management and organization of the effective work of the event/admin team.

What you need to join us:

• 3+ years of experience in an HR BP/HR Generalist role in IT industry;
• Successful experience in implementing and building hr and recruiting processes from 0;
• Data-driven approach to work and experience in building a transparent employee efficiency management system;
• Broad understanding and vision of the labor market, trends and recruitment tools;
• Strong communication skills, the ability to present your ideas to stakeholders
• Results orientation, critical thinking, stress resistance.

Will be a plus:

• Work experience in a product IT company;
• Experience in closing atypical niche product vacancies.
