Tasks to be implemented: Creation of a state-of-the-art personnel management system capable of meeting today's requirements and ensuring constant progress; Formation and implementation of HR strategy and policies; Formation for the implementation of full-cycle processes; Management of HR functions, recruiting, adaptation, training, development; HR brand development; Team formation. Requirements: Experience as a director with personnel management of at least 5 years; Experience in creating and improving the HR system in organizations with more than 500 employees; Comprehensive mastery of modern, progressive tools and metrics; Possession of appropriate professional qualifications for the development of internal normative, methodical and training documents; Higher education; Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Access, Outlook); Responsibility, ability to organize work remotely and independently, meeting deadlines; Stress resistance, ability to work in multitasking mode; Initiative, creativity, desire and ability to bring benefits; Love for people.
