Congratulations! The company "Promavtomatika Vinnytsia" is looking for a HCD (Human capital director) to join its team. Yes, it is important for us to move from HR to HC and we believe that we will succeed with you!
The company has been on the market for almost 25 years, the central office is in Vinnytsia, we have branches in Kyiv and Khmelnytskyi, we are planning to expand to Lviv and Dnipro.


Our team has a vision for the long-term development of the company and it is about robotics : we are building our own R&D center for the development of such solutions, we are learning how to install and maintain robotic systems. We see energy independence as one of the key trends of our time and are actively involved in the construction of solar and wind stations. In accordance with today's call, we actively supply products of our own production for the rear needs of the Armed Forces.

Our team already has more than 400 cool specialists, and in the last 2 years we have doubled the size of the team. At the same time, 40% of our team has been working for more than 5 years, and 50% for less than 2 years. In the next few years, we plan to grow by at least half. We regularly evaluate the team's engagement on the Gallop test, traditionally our indicators are kept at the level of 80%+.

Priorities for the first 6 months:

  • build a welcome guide
  • we expect +150 people in the team for the next 6 months and we urgently need the transformation of all onboarding procedures
  • form and implement EVP
  • we are looking for people all over Ukraine and are ready for mass relocations, but the problems of the labor market do not disappear anywhere, we we strive to be the most interesting place to work for "our" people and we need help with the correct articulation of this to the market
  • to join the project "manager school" in order to develop competencies and improve the performance indicators of the managerof the first and second ranks (40+ people)


Check criteria:

  • results of the engagement survey (Gelopa or analogues in point and in dynamics)
  • the date of the newcomer’s arrival at planned indicators
  • operating profit per 1 person in the company in dynamics
  • the ratio of gross profit and the sum of all payments per team at the point and in the dynamics
  • the results of the performance review of the heads of all departments at the point and in the dynamics


Wishes:

  • work physically in the office in Vinnytsia
  • from 3 years in the position of HRD (HCD)
  • people are more important than processes, but without processes there will be no result
  • willingness to communicate with colleagues for at least 4 hours a day
  • there may be business trips 1-2 times a month and speeches at conferences/forums from the company
