What to do:

• Build new and support current business processes;
• Digitize HR, focusing on metrics and their impact on key indicators for business;
• Administer, monitor and develop all current areas of HR: recruiting, adaptation, training, evaluation, etc.;
• Manage talent: attract and retain employees, including increasing employee engagement and satisfaction;
• Develop and implement HR strategy in accordance with the company's business strategy;
• Develop and improve the organizational structure of the company;
• Form and strengthen the corporate culture;
• Participate in building the company structure and transforming business processes;
• li>Plan the HR budget with the financial department;
• Automate HR processes;
• Systematically analyze the labor market, wages, as well as new trends in the field of personnel management;
< li>Develop a database of search resources.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has more than 2 years of experience as a HR generalist a;
• Has experience in building HR with more than 100 people;
• Has experience in mass. recruitment of workers (preferred);
• Manages with the help of a dashboard and metrics on key processes;
• Able to structure information and organize processes;
• Ready to independently make decisions and take take responsibility;
• Able to maintain a high work pace;
• Has practical experience in recruiting, mastering various methods of finding personnel, attracting effective sources of personnel selection;
• Able to quickly , easy and qualitative study;
• Has good analytical skills.
