Responsibilities

• HR Team Management Organizing and coordinating team activities, task distribution, monitoring deadlines and quality of task completion, developing team skills, and workload management; 

• Strategic Planning Developing and implementing HR strategies, maintaining high employee satisfaction, and facilitating achieving business goals; 

• Management and Development of Employee Retention Programs: Organizing training programs, corporate events, developing and implementing a motivation system; 

• Collection and Analysis of HR Data: Monitoring and analyzing metrics related to recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction levels, making decisions based on the obtained data; 

• Participation in Hiring: Close interaction with the recruitment team to create the most suitable employee profile and participate in the pre-onboarding process; 

• Conflict Resolution: Effective resolution of team conflicts, maintaining a positive and productive work environment; 

• Collaboration with Other Departments: Interaction with management and other departments for joint work on achieving corporate goals.

 

Requirements

• 3-plus-year experience as HR Business Partner/ HRD; 

• Great understanding of the business operations and processes; 

• Good knowledge of labor legislation; 

• Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and influence on key managers and stakeholders to obtain recommendations and coordination; 

• Ability to work autonomously; 

• Strong communication, organizational, facilitation and consulting skills; 

• Written English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
