HRD Remote We are looking for an experienced HRD for an international product and service company that provides full-cycle eCommerce solutions to its customers. The company helps its partners develop their Internet business. It specializes in the creation, development and management of online businesses for leading players in the fashion industry (categories: clothing, footwear, accessories). Providing services such as: consulting, design, web development, content, marketing, customer service and operational management for the effective functioning of an omnichannel eCommerce business. In this role, you will: Develop and implement HR strategy in accordance with the company's overall business strategy; Develop, motivate and increase the professional level of the HR team (7 people); Form recognition of the HR brand; Responsible for internal and external communications; Create personal development plans (PDP) of employees; Implement the Performance Management system (360° evaluation); Responsible for the recruitment function; Work with HR analytics and metrics; Improve HR processes and procedures to increase the level of team productivity and achieve the company's goals. Necessary competences: General work experience in the field of HR from 5 years; Proven work experience as an HRD/Chief People Officer/Vice President of People or a similar management position of 3 years or more; Having experience in various areas of business, such as Retail, Digital Marketing, logistics, production, IT (global companies with a staff of 300 or more); Excellent understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to adapt it to the needs of the company; Successful management experience, Knowledge of personnel management practices; Practical experience in the construction, implementation and transformation of HR processes in the conditions of remote work; Knowledge of HR practices in talent and performance management and team effectiveness management; Advanced negotiation skills; English at level B1 and above.
