HRD Remote Hello, my name is Katya, HRD Fama Group:) I am looking for a replacement for our position, we need an autonomous and business-oriented HRDirector, who will help us reach the goals. Responsible for the filling cycle of an employee, manage recruitment and develop such areas as: L&D, C&B, Performance Review, HRBrand, both internal and external. Fama Group is a holding that is now actively scaling internal projects: Media Buying, Affiliate Network and its own product. It will be a plus if you understand this market :) We expect from you: —From 2 years of experience as HRG, HRD, HRBP in the field of Digital Marketing—must!—Experience of working in startups—must!—Ownership mindset, the ability to independently organize your work and set priorities; — The ability to analyze and interpret data, thereby building a strategy; —Experience in the selection of a full-cycle employee; — Ability to optimize processes, success cases of work with HR metrics; —Level of English language proficiency— from Upper Intermediate (B2). — Ability to build and maintain: HRBrand, L&D, C&B, Performance Review or desire to develop in the following direction; — Excellent verbal and written communication skills; —Excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills.
