Today, our equipment is used in more than 2000 projects in more than 80 countries of the world, such as the Diriyah Season park in Saudi Arabia and Desert Park—the largest entertainment complex in Florida. We develop, manufacture and sell electronic devices entirely ourselves: we develop and assemble circuit boards, housings, produce molds, cast plastics, create software from the idea of ​​supplying the client. Unas has a full cycle of product creation, so different specialists can be present at one meeting: electronic board assemblers, Java architects, marketers, and sales. Some of them speak 7 languages, 25% of the company works remotely in 10 countries. We are now looking for our already large HRD team. You will be able to fully reveal your potential if you have: 3 years of HRD or HRBP experience in a company with 200+ employees; Able to work in an intensive tabagatotask mode; Orientation to the result and search for a solution; Successful experience in building and implementing all HR processes; High communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels; A great communicator; Performer; Experienced user of 1C, Excel, Word, hr-platforms, Google docs. What we expect from HRD: To form a powerful HR department team; Organization of effective adaptation of personnel in the company; Participation in the planning of the number of personnel, the creation of a staff reserve; Analysis of the reasons for personnel turnover, development and implementation of a personnel retention strategy; Development and implementation of the company's hrstrategy; Participation in the construction and development of the company's hr brand; Implementation of team-building activities; Formation of corporate culture; Development and implementation of non-material motivation; Implementation of HR analytics; Support of a positive psychological climate in the team; Active participation in the development of the company; Development and implementation of business processes in the field of personnel management; Management of the recruiting process, ensuring control of the search process, recruitment and selection of personnel, implementation of new and creative ideas in personnel selection; Staff assessment: eNPs, Q12, 1:1 meetings, indicator work; Management of providing the office and personnel with equipment, mail, stationery, etc.; Participation in the implementation of the main statistics of the divisions, the construction of the Dashboard and other analytics.
