Main tasks

• Construction and optimization of personnel selection and adaptation processes

• Formation and development of the training system and service standards

• Work with reducing staff turnover

• Supporting managers in team management issues

• Participation in the formation of corporate culture

• HR-analytics and work with performance indicators
