Zeeks is an international IT company with Ukrainian roots, known for its highly effective affiliate marketing services in complex, highly competitive niches. Our products are not games and perform a service function. We create technological, analytical and infrastructure solutions for the iGaming market, similar to how Booking creates a product for the hotel sector.

Today we are moving to a new stage — building a portfolio of our own products in the iGaming niche, targeting Tier-1 markets with high quality standards.

In 13 years, we have:

  • What tasks await you in this role:

    • Strategic management of HR direction: creation of a strategy in accordance with the company's business goals, their decomposition and implementation control; formation and control of the use of budgets; analysis of HR metrics, decision-making based on data.

    • HR team management: prioritization and control of tasks and team metric; mentoring and development; support of team motivation (HR TL, HR&Communication manager, Recruiting TL, Recruiter).

    • Support of effective HR processes:% analysisessays and their optimization; HRMS administration; maintaining team documentation.

    • Performance management: conducting regular performance reviews, coordination of all stages, analysis of results review, implementation of the decisions made.

    • Management of personnel reserve: formation of a single succession planning system, creation and control implementation of specialist development plans, coordination of promotion and rotation processes.

    • Development of managers: management support for managers team, coaching managers to strengthen their leadership skills and professional growth.

    • Supporting corporate culture and increasing the involvement and loyalty of specialists: conducting regular surveys, analyzing their results; implementation of communication regarding changes in policies, processes, organizational structure in accordance with the company's values; participation in solving cross-team conflicts.

    Necessary experience and competencies:

    • Experience in the HRD/HRBP/Head of HR position.

    • Experience in creating and improving these stages. style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

      Experience in creating and implementing the Performance review process.

    • Strong coaching skills.

    • Experience in creating PR; identification of training needs; creation of own training programs (will be a plus).

    • Ability to analyze data, create reports in Google sheets.

    • Experience in creating, conducting, analyzing surveys on the involvement and loyalty of specialists.

    • HR budget management skills.

    • HRMS administration experience.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in English at level B1 and above.
