In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for candidates for the position of HR Director in our team, who will be able to build an effective HR strategy and strengthen the role of the HR function in business development and join our team in the city of Chernihiv.

Main tasks:

• Formation and implementation of the company's HR strategy in accordance with the company's goals.
• Organization and control of all processes related to personnel: personnel accounting and document management, selection, adaptation, development and training of personnel.
• Assessment of employee efficiency, management of corporate culture.
• Participation in strategic planning and change management.
• Development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and standards.
• Building corporate culture and communications.
• Consulting of department heads on internal management issues personnel.
• Control of personnel records and compliance with labor legislation.
• Management of the HR team - specialists.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in senior HR positions of 3-5 years, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and modern management tools personnel.
• Experience in building HR processes from scratch or their reorganization and team management.
• Practical skills in the field of recruitment, motivation, evaluation and development of personnel.
• Leadership qualities, strategic thinking, communication, responsibility, experience in crisis management.
