Areas of activity and areas of responsibility
The HR director will manage five key directions, each of which has its own team leader:
1. Recruiting:
- Organization and management of the recruitment process in Ukraine and Poland.
- Development and implementation of effective candidate search and attraction strategies.
- Interaction with department heads to determine personnel needs.
2. HR processes and functions:
- Coordinating the work of the HR team, which is responsible for onboarding, adaptation, and staff development and exit processes.
- Ensuring high-quality performance of all HR functions and supporting employees at all stages of their life cycle in the company.
- Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and assessments, analyzing results and developing measures regarding improvement of working conditions and climate in the company.
3. Training and development:
- Management of Logit Academy, which is engaged in basic training of new employees, development of managers and all employees of the company by soft and hard skills.
- Development and implementation of educational programs and materials.
4. HR analytics:
- Conducting HR analytics and statistics, monitoring key HR metrics.
- Using data to make informed decisions and optimize HR processes.
5. HR-branding:
- Management of internal and external communications, including events, social networks and internal benefits systems.< /li>
- Development and implementation of strategies to strengthen the company's HR brand.
Expectations from the candidate:
- Experience in a similar position in the HR field, preferably in an international companynia with the number of 500+;
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the field of recruiting, HR processes, training and personnel development;
- Knowledge and understanding of modern HR trends and practices and experience in their implementation ;
- Experience in implementing new processes, policies, procedures;
- Ability to work with HR analytics and statistics;
- Experience in the development and implementation of HR brand strategies;
- Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
