What will you face to work:

• Development and implementation of a personnel management strategy in accordance with the company's strategy.
• Planning, organization and coordination of the recruitment process and personnel adaptation.
< li>Development and updating of the Company's regulatory documents.
• Development and implementation of the remuneration system, taking into account market and internal factors.
• Development and implementation of the company's HR-brand formation and support strategy.

• Development and support of corporate culture in the company.
• Implementation of personnel evaluation and certification system.
• Organization and coordination of training events and programs for employees.

For us, the following professional knowledge and skills of candidates are important:

• Experience as a Director of personnel management at trade and production enterprises.
• Experience in the justification and implementation of strategic initiatives;
• Excellent knowledge of labor legislation;
• Knowledge and experience of working with all areas in the field of personnel management.
• Ability to build and describe business processes.
• Experience in implementing a labor payment system;
