The Prodsmart company invites you to hire a HR Director. 

Main duties:

• Building and implementing a mass recruiting strategy. 
• Development and implementation of HR strategy in working with sales and warehouse personnel: search and selection, adaptation of new employees, motivation, etc. onboarding of newcomers.
• Support of a team of personnel managers (planning, organization, motivation, control and coordination of their work).
• Organization and conduct of onboarding programs for new employees.
• Control over the adaptation of new employees to work in the company.
• Conducting interviews with candidates for key positions. 
• Cooperation with other departments of the company on recruitment and adaptation.
• Analysis of the labor market and trends in the development of food retail and logistics. 
• Analysis of platforms and candidate search sources. 
• Analysis of employee turnover.

Requirements to the candidate:

• Education: Higher
• Work experience: From 5 years
