Responsibilities:
- HR management -processes: search and selection of personnel, training, adaptation, evaluation of personnel, motivation and retention of personnel;
- Development and support of corporate culture, adaptation of new structural units to corporate culture;
- Control of personnel administration function;
- Analysis of policies, procedures, regulations, employment contracts and other personnel-related documents for the purpose of updating / development / implementation;
- HR process audit;
- Formation of the HR budget;
- Building effective communications within the company;
- Organization and holding of corporate events;
- Participation in the development of job instructions and internal regulatory documents;
- Systematically analyze the labor market, wages.
Requirements :
- Experience in personnel administration is a must!
- English - conversational level.
- Higher education;
- Experience of working in various HR areas from 5 years;
- In-depth knowledge of all HR processes;
- Independence in work and the ability to evaluate work efficiency;
