Actual goals - hiring new people to the team, improving the efficiency of business operational processes, sales growth. Medium-term goals - opening new branches in Western Ukraine and Europe. Tasks: Organization of an effective recruiting process (key positions, managers management of the full cycle of HR processes. Annual/quarterly HR budget planning and management. Introduction and argumentation of proposals for new positions/roles in the HR department. Analysis of business goals, assessment of the quality of cascading to the levels of departments and positions, their interaction and systematic processes. Creation of job instructions, job profiles, competency matrices. Productivity management. Development and implementation of updated KRI, Update of metrics and performance indicators and development of solutions for their improvement. Implementation of systematic holding of 1:1 meetings. Management of team process development in the company. Aligning goals between departments and teams. Updating the performance management system and using the reward system. Analysis of the use of the salary fund. Advising the manager on business requests regarding actions from the point of view of the HR function. The ideal candidate for the position has: Work experience of 2 years in the role of a Lead Recruiter in a recruiting agency or Head of the recruiting department in a national company. Knowledge and, preferably , experience in the use of performance management tools at the individual, team and departmental levels. The desire to move into the role of HRBP or already have experience in this position from the 1st year and the willingness to work directly with the business owner on development tasks. Experience in organizing the recruiting process for up to 100 vacancies per year and possible independent work in the role of a recruiter at the start of work in the company. Confident knowledge or practical experience in choosing an approach to solving problems and using HR tools. Actual analytical and management competencies in change tasks and in building department/project work processes. The desire to influence business results by creating effective and relevant tools. Interest in implementing a business digitization project in the future. The ability to work in tandem with an ambitious manager. Financial conditions are discussed individually at the interview.
