Experience in developing and implementing strategies to attract employees to the team. Experience in plans for the development and motivation of company employees taking into account business needs and market trends. Understanding of planning and implementation of training programs for teams. Experience in maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction and motivation. Experience in developing and support of corporate culture and values. Higher education in the field of personnel management, business or a similar field. Experience in configuring HR systems and automating processes (or at least working with HR systems where processes have already been configured). Ability to build process quality control systems.
