"The company was established in August 2020, the beginning of its development experienced 4 stages of growth, the last stage was due to the renewal of the business model, which is currently written, partially implemented, but not fully implemented. As an owner, I understand that I am not competent enough to implement and manage all operational processes on my own. I have one important problem - I do not know how to form stable, working teams, because in 4 years no team was formed on which I could rely and with which I could feel confident, on the contrary, there is stress, the search for a successful model, which should already be to stop and try another method, which is to hire a CEO to take over my weaknesses.
What should be done initially:
1. clear, stable, formed team
2. a cost-effective payment model for specialists with a formula that is understandable for everyone by position
3. sustainable development of the system with stably working departments that are ready to accept tasks in any volume and plan, implement without overpayments and in a calm format"
Requirements:

experience in the marketing and/or IT sphere of team development from 3 years ability to form teams from scratch and competence in hiring key specialists stress resistance, creativity, lively thought, critical thinking "without a star above the head" and a loyal attitude to processes experience in crisis management and systematization of activities ability to work with: MS Office, Telegram, the Google ecosystem and easy adaptation to the new performance reporting other things that are within your functionality or why you will be trained in our development journey with you Working conditions:
- Material: the starting period of activity of 10 working days regarding the coordination of the development vision - 10,000 fixed, then 1 quarter of the trial period for solving start-up problems in the company - UAH 25,000 each and a bonus for the implementation of the start-up project of UAH 45,000. Further remuneration is provided for the HRBP area of responsibility and influence as a fixed + bonus or % of the company's profit.
- Remote activity (if you are in Lviv - an advantage);
- Full time employment;
