We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a HR BP

What will you do:

• Conduct HR audit and propose process changes in accordance with the company's culture and strategy;
• Be a partner for team leaders and provide recommendations and support on issues of team development in general and individual cases with employees in particular;
• Construction and implementation of the Performance Review process;
• Be a development consultant for employees: help with career planning, performance management, compensation and rewards, training and growth, strategic development;
• Be integrated into the team and suggest ways to improve work processes and the atmosphere to ensure a high level of employee engagement;
• Development and control of the recruiting direction;
• Formation of corporate culture;
• Implementation of hr analytics;
• Regular reporting on work results.

About you:

• 3+ years in the role of PR or HRBP in the IT field;
• Successful experience of building effective HR processes;
• Structured and strategic thinking and the ability to make business decisions based on data;
• Ability to work in intensive and multitasking mode;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
• English level: B1.
