Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position (HRBP, HRG);
• recruiting experience is a must (preferably mass recruitment);
• successful experience of closing vacancies of various levels, using various resources; 
• knowledge and practical application of various methods of recruitment and recruitment of personnel, adaptation methods;
• experience in maintaining a candidate database and recruitment analytics;
• knowledge of personnel and military accounting;
• effective communication skills, a high level of flexibility and proactivity;

Functional duties:

• control and management of the full cycle of personnel selection in the office and in production;
• onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
• participation in the development and implementation of the company's HR strategy, implementation of HR-Business processes;
• establishment of effective internal communication between by departments;
• department budgeting, HR analytics;
• conducting eNPS personnel survey.
• participation in the development of material and non-material motivation systems (KPI), increasing staff involvement, conducting a 360 assessment;
• forming company values, organizing team building, maintaining a healthy psychological climate in the team;
• full cycle of personnel management administration and military accounting.
