Our client is a high-tech manufacturing company that creates solutions for the defense sector. The company is constantly growing, developing, forming management structures and a professional HR function.
Now we are looking for an HRBP who will create HR policies, set up personnel services and a culture of interaction.
Main tasks:
Building HR processes/policies to development, consulting, personnel work and off-boarding;
Consulting for management: partnership with the top, support in making management decisions, formation of team structure;
HR service: ensuring the correctness of document flow, orders, job instructions, personnel procedures;
HR administration: mastery of processes or understanding how to build a job;
Interaction with C&B: for coordination of policies, grading, compensation systems;
automation: analysis of existing processes, implementation of systems and solutions to optimize the HR function;Performance & OKR: participation in the implementation of performance evaluation systems, support of managers in working with goals.
Experience required:
4+ years of experience in HRBP;
Experience in building HR processes and policies in companies with 1000+ employeesib;
Experience of interacting with top management and influencing business decisions;
Knowledge of HR and C&B
