Key tasks for the position of HR Business Partner:

  • Implement system-based analysis of employee loyalty and satisfaction
  • Analyze the level of development of HR processes and implement HR metrics
  • Develop and approve with HR owners strategy
  • Ensure support and further development of existing HR processes and practices, in particular, recruiting, adaptation, training, social benefits, organizational culture, corporate communications
  • Develop and implement new HR processes and practices in accordance with the HR strategy
  • Periodically get involved in HR issues in businesses managed by the SVP (details in the interview)
